Our History
For several years a small, highly skilled and experienced group of consultants and trainers have been providing a range of specialised services to senior executives and directors in organisations across all business sectors. The services have been in the context of what is perhaps best described as employee misconduct, misbehaviour or poor professional performance, particularly where matters such as these have had a wider and negative impact upon either the performance of the unit or department concerned, or of the organisation itself which frequently followed public revelation or media interest. Much of the work undertaken by members of this group has therefore been extremely sensitive and as such, has called for the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
As organisations have been faced with the increasing legal complexity and procedural importance of addressing such matters as these, combined with the growth of civil litigation, and accompanied by a increasing demand for these services, some of the members of this group of consultants and trainers decided to pool their complimentary knowledge and experience to form Fulcrum Training Services Ltd. in 2005. In so doing, the group has been able to expand its range of services and give greater focus to the key issues not only at the heart of such employee behaviour, but also those immediately surrounding it and which tend to suffer from a ‘knock on’ effect.
Current Arrangements
Operating under the directorship of Clive Pearman, a former senior officer of the Metropolitan Police, the company has retained the services of other appropriately qualified and experienced members of staff to enable it to provide the comprehensive range of services as set out in this website, and to deliver them to the highest attainable standards within the industry. Supported by legal and business advice, guidance and expertise, the services are always relevant and up-to-date.
