A key feature of all of the services that we provide, and which we agree with each client at the outset, is for all of those services to be immediately evaluated by the recipients at the point of delivery.

We are currently achieving a satisfaction rate of between 80 and 90% across the board for all of the services which we are providing. Whilst on rare occasions an individual workshop delegate will rate a service at 70%, it is equally the case that we receive ratings of 100% from individual delegates.
